Try our affordable personalized group training that guarantees results. Clients train 4-6 days a week based on scheduling. Each session lasts 60 min. Group size is limited! Training times available 5-6a6-7a7-8a 8-9a, 9-10a, 5-6p, 6-7p, 7-8p, 8-9p, 9-10p, 10-11p. Nutritional support included. Monthly assessments included(weigh in , measurement, and body fat)
